A Letter From The Founder

For years, I noticed something that never sat right with me.

Exceptionally capable people were being overlooked — not because they lacked experience, intelligence, ambition, or potential.

They simply didn’t know how to communicate what hiring teams were actually looking for.

I watched professionals undersell themselves. I watched people apply endlessly while becoming more discouraged with every rejection. I watched resumes hide remarkable stories.

And eventually, I realized something:

Most people do not have an experience problem. They have a positioning problem.

The Artemis Method was created to bridge that gap — not by changing who people are, but by helping them identify, articulate, and communicate the value that already exists.

This work is deeply personal to me because I have lived multiple versions of career transition. I have recruited. I have hired. I have coached. And I have sat in uncertainty myself.

My hope is that when people work with Artemis, they leave with more than a polished resume.

I hope they leave with clarity, confidence, and the feeling that their career finally belongs to them again.
